Development - Ten Apartments
Victorian, 1874-82
Category B Listed
Drumsheugh Gardens are part of the Victorian extension of the Edinburgh New Town and were named after the Earl of Moray's home. The project is a conversion of two adjacent five storey townhouses into ten apartments for Dunedin House Properties in the West End of Edinburgh. Large floor plates means each two or three bedroom apartment is generous in size ranging from 1,200 - 2,200 sqft in area. Apartments were fitted with contemporary German kitchens and luxury modern bathrooms. The marble floor in grand entrance entrance hall was restored, new lighting and classic colour scheme is simple and elegant.
